Ever since the foundation of the company, Toledo has been manufacturing top quality bulk products for the food industry around the world. Before deliveries, Toledo puts in force very strict controls to guarantee both organoleptic and analytical requirements of every product.

Productive processes.
Aceites Toledo manufactures its own plastic bottles. Current PET Formats: 500 ml., 1 lit. (square and cylindrical), 3 lit. and 5 lit. See videos on the process of plastic and glass bottle manufacturing, as well as carton boxes industrial process.

Extra Virgin Olive Oils
Oils from diverse regions obtained directly from healthy olives through the use of exclusive mechanical procedures.
• Provinces of Toledo and Ciudad Real. Cornicabra variety (with Protected Denominatión of Origin “Montes de Toledo”) and Arbequina variety. Their acidity is generally very low, being very fruity, with fresh aromas and flavours reminding of almond.
• South. From the olive varieties of Picual, Hojiblanca and Picuda (among others), produced in the Southern regions of Spain. Oils of strong presence and great personality, intense flavour and rich colours.
• Organic Olive Oils. Oils controlled by Official Certification Procedures of the Spanish Government (E.E.C. Rule 2092/91): non intensive practices of the olive grove soils, protection of the environment and maintenance of the rural landscape and space. They are obtained without using chemical products of synthesis.
Aceites Toledo is able to close the circle of traceability in the production of organic extra virgin, from the Organic olive grove of Dehesa Monreal - P.D.O. Montes de Toledo Registered Grove nº 6.280, as well as Castilla La Mancha Organic Agriculture Operator nº AECM 835P - to the Certification Registry CM3I awarded to the bottling operations of Aceites Toledo by Ecocert/Sohiscert.

Refined Olive Oil
Clear, limpid, without sediments olive oil, clear yellow in colour, without specific flavours and aromas. It is obtained by the refining process of virgin olive oils, lowering their acidity and softening its aromas. It is ideal as a preserving agent or as a food ingredient, widely used in fish canning and other industrial alimentary uses. Olive Oil (Blend of Virgin and Refined Olive Oils, formerly called Pure).
Olive oil consisting of a blend of virgin olive oil and refined olive oil in various percentages (10%, 20%, 40%, etc), upon the requirements and tastes of the different markets and consumers. They are more than apt for multipurpose gastronomic uses and are the most used olive oils in producing countries such as Spain.
